Position Summary: Responsible for complete and accurate quality electronic document scanning. Performs quality review of scanned documents to ensure integrity and legality of the electronic medical record. Reviews scanned documents for overall image quality and performs a page by page reconciliation of paper document to imaged document. Responsible for the index of all documents to the appropriate patient folder and ensuring each document is assigned the appropriate document name. Assists with providing coverage in other areas of the department such as document preparation/scanning, physician chart completion; transcription maintenance and release of information.
Requirements: Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills; High School diploma: GED equivalent or High School certificate. 1-3 years of experience
