Position Summary: Serves as expert of patient experience-related data, resources, and information. Responsible for preparing large quantities of data into visually attractive, accurate and timely reports, and presenting results in a user friendly and meaningful format. Develops and leads initiatives to educate leaders and staff in understanding what, how and why we measure patient experience. Successfully designs and implements effective strategies and improvement efforts to increase service excellence and patient perception of care results and to decrease complaints.
Requirements: Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field. Bachelor's degree required with course content in statistics and/or statistical analysis. Experience with Patient Experience, Service Excellence, and/or Performance Improvement preferred. Experience in creating and maintaining statistical databases. 1-3 years of experience.
