Job Description:
Position Summary: Regulatory and quality systems analyst is responsible for understanding the current and future regulatory, quality measures and accreditation requirements for hospital and providers across the LifeBridge Health system. This systems analyst is able to translate regulatory requirements into system requirements based on clinical workflow processes and desired reporting outcomes. The systems analyst is able to analyze, design, build, test and modify system and program requirements as they relate to relevant mandates. The main system of focus is Cerner; however, the analyst will be the subject matter expert in
consultation for additional software solutions and processes as required. Troubleshoots system problems and resolves issues related to support uptime and availability of systems.
Qualifications/Requirements: Education/Knowledge: Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field
Experience: 3-5 years
Education Discipline: BS in Healthcare Administration, Regulatory Compliance, Computer Science, Engineering or other relevant study.
