Description: As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will be a big part of the experience each member has at LBHF. Attention to detail will be key in this position to ensure that all areas of the club are clean and well maintained – from the locker rooms to common areas. In this position, you will understand that small tasks such as changing a light bulb and ensuring towels are stocked make a big impact on a member's experience. As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will directly supervise Housekeeping Technicians to ensure compliance in performing their assigned tasks, and that customer service standards are upheld. In addition, you will be responsible for ensuring that the monthly budget is met.
Requirements: Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills; High School diploma: GED equivalent or High School certificate. 1-3 years of experience required. Demonstrates the ability to follow verbal instructions. Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively verbally. Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively in writing.
