Requirements: Seasoned professional knowledge; equivalent to a Master's degree; knowledge in more than one discipline. Masters Degree is required. Healthcare administration, business management preferred. Practical knowledge of healthcare industrial engineering techniques, expense management, and/or labor productivity management preferred. 3-5 years experience. Microsoft Office Suite; Standard Office Equipment; Critical thinking skills; Performance Improvement tools; Basic business finance knowledge; Microsoft Project, Microsoft Access preferred; Microsoft Visio; Basic computer skills; Cerner; Synquest. Lean certification preferred. Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
