Job Summary: The Compensation Analyst administers the compensation programs ensuring internal equity and market competitiveness across the Lifebridge system and multiple market segments. This position will complete salary surveys, interpret data, examine predictors to market changes and administer the compensation structure. The Compensation Analyst assists HR Leadership in the planning and developing of the compensation philosophy.
Essential Functions 1. Monitors changes in local healthcare job market that may affect recruitment & retention efforts 2. Participates in salary surveys & prepares data for entry 3. Analyzes salary survey results and strategy to keep Lifebridge competitive based on the market data 4. Participates in healthcare and human resources associations to maintain an awareness of changing trends in compensation 5. Organize data, draw conclusions and prepare presentations for program recommendations
Qualifications: Bachelor degree or equivalent experience Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, Access and Word Healthcare experience preferred
