Under the direct supervision of the application manager, the associate application system analyst is responsible for the implementation, enhancement and support of business, clinical or financial applications deployed throughout the system, following standard departmental process, especially change control and use of the issue/request tracking system. The system analyst should exhibit customer service skills necessary to provide on going telephone support for end users.
Requirements: Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field. 1-3 years of experience. Microsoft Office Suite; Basic computer skills; Critical thinking skills; Application experience in main application.
