Under limited supervision, acts as liaison between architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, manufacturer representatives, and hospital personnel from design and construction, through closeout of assigned projects comprising new construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects of varying sizes. Assists senior leadership with the planning, design, and estimates of in-house renovations, construction projects and other special projects. Incumbent must work in partnership with other staff members and physicians; and pro-actively identify and provide for the customers' needs using appropriate quality service standards identified in Sinai's S.T.A.R. Customer Service Program. Hospital Experience highly preferred.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or equivalent thereof.#x00A0;3+ years applicable Design and Construction project management experience.#x00A0;2+ years working in capacity as an Owner's Representative.
