Job Description:

Job Summary: Under general supervision, assists customers with inquiries regarding accounts, billing, insurance information, budget plans, and reimbursements. Resolves these concerns in accordance with established policies, procedures, and guidelines for the LifeBridge Health Contact Center and Practice Dynamics, Inc. The representative provides general customer service regarding collection inquires on behalf of patients, their representatives, or other third party customers. The representative assists in monitoring and maintaining customer acccounts and open cases. Use appropriate software to track both inbound and outbound calls, cases, and other follow up items. Displays a commitment to the value of teamwork by building strong relationships with patients, families, co-workers, and the surrounding community; and by being cooperative and collaborative in the performance of duties to promote a unified workforce
 
Requirements: 1-3 years of experience; Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field;
