Reporting to the Director Neurology, is responsible for all revenue cycle functions performed in the faculty practice through collaboration and communication with physicians, staff, and billing services to ensure efficient and effective operations. Manages the staff and operations of the faculty practice, evaluating operational needs and providing recommendations to continually improve performance against budget, and standards.
Requirements: Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field. Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related field. Three to five (3-5) years of experience. Microsoft Office Suite; Basic computer skills; Cerner; Synquest; IDX; Standard Office Equipment; Medical terminology; Critical thinking skills; Financial and business planning skills; Interpersonal communication skills; Written communication skills; ICD-9 and CPT coding familiarity.
