Position summary: Partners with management to identify short and long term staffing needs and executes appropriate recruitment strategies. Sources, recruits, screens and interviews qualified candidates for exempt and non-exempt positions across the LifeBridge Health system. Recruiting focus within the areas of Project Management, Supply Chain, Maintenance and Medical Technicians.
Requirements: Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field. 1-3 years of experience.
