Provides direct services by means of education, advocacy and services coordination to individuals in order to extend psychosocial support services.
Requirements: Formal working knowledge; equivalent to an Associate's degree (2 years college); requires knowledge of a specialized field. 1-3 years of experience. Microsoft Office Suite; Basic computer skills; Cerner; Standard Office Equipment; Critical thinking skills. Demonstrates the ability to follow verbal instructions, as well as the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
Driver's license and access to a car is preferable and may be required for some service areas. Home visiting experience working with pregnant women and their families is desired.
