Position Summary: Directs and oversees all activities of the clinical areas, in order to ensure quality patient care. Participates in the formulation, revision, interpretation and administration of the vision, philosophy, policies, and procedures of the SurgiCenter of Baltimore. Collaborates with the Administrator toward the accomplishment of the objectives of the Center. Requirements: Seasoned professional knowledge; equivalent to a Master's degree; knowledge in more than one discipline. Perioperative/Perianesthesia Nursing experience required to include day to day management of the OR schedule, procuring supplies, instruments, and equipment necessary for surgical procedure. 5-7 years of experience. Maryland Registered Nurse License; American Heart Association CPR Certification; Licensure in state of Maryland in practice field; ACLS Certification; CPR Health Care Provider course.
