The Behavioral Health service line offers a comprehensive continuum of consultative, inpatient, ambulatory and emergency services for people with mental health and substance abuse disorders.
Clinical programs include the Consultation/Liaison Service, Inpatient Behavioral Health, Adult Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Program (PHP/IOP), Adult Outpatient Services, the Sinai Hospital Addictions Recovery Program (SHARP), and Psychiatric Emergency Services.
Lifebridge Health is seeking an Assistant Vice President of Behavioral Health that will lead and provide direction across the health system.· - Directs the overall operations of Behavioral Health (exclusive of inpatient nursing care services), ensuring clinical quality, service excellence, fiscal integrity, and regulatory compliance. - Directs the clinical and support operations of the Behavioral Health service line (exclusive of inpatient nursing care services). - Develops and monitors the departmental operating and capital budgets to ensure optimal fiscal performance and early identification and response to change factors. - In conjunction with the Chief of Psychiatry, directs the overall operations of the Behavioral Health Faculty Practice Plan at Sinai and manages the contracted partners. - Ensures compliance with regulatory, quality and safety standards and identifies opportunities for improvement. - Acts as liaison to and representative of the Department of Behavioral Health to administration, medical staff, other LBH entities and external organizations.
Qualifications/RequirementsEducation/Knowledge: Seasoned professional knowledge; equivalent to a Master's degree; knowledge in more than one discipline
