Facilitates improvement in the overall quality and completeness of medical record documentation and obtains appropriate documentation through extensive interactions with providers. Performs review of cases with potentially preventable complications (PPCs) and reports findings.
Requirements: Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field. 5-7 years of experience. Maryland Registered Nurse License; Physician's Assistant; Medical Doctor.
