Job Summary: Provides overall supervision, support and compliance with LBH clinical and basic research activities. This includes strict compliance with all LBH, local, state and federal guidelines and regulations pertaining to the protection of research subjects. This role is responsible for supporting the Institutional Review Board (IRB) is reviewing research studies and leading the Administrative Review Board (or its long term equivalent process) and the Institutional Animal Care Committee (IACUC) in developing, updating and maintaining compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). This role also has responsibility for building relationships in support of research across the institution and driving education programs on human subjects research. This role will also support philanthropic and efforts to fund research.
Requirements: 3-5 years of experience; Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field; Bachelors required, Masters or PHD prefered
