As a member of the patient care team, the RNI provides safe, age-appropriate patient care and functions as an advisor and, resource for patients and their families.
Requirements: Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field. Less than one year of experience. Maryland Registered Nurse License; American Heart Association CPR Certification. Basic computer skills; Cerner; Healthstream; Standard Office Equipment;Medical terminology; Nursing Process skills based on MD Nurse Practice Act; Critical thinking skills; Medical equipment; Professional Development.
Rotate days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays to meet unit staffing needs. Required to take call.
