Working primarily independently with direction from manager while referring appropriately to manager, the senior application system analyst is responsible for the implementation, enhancement and support of business, clinical or financial applications deployed throughout the system, following standard departmental processes, especially change control and use of the issue/request tracking system. The system analyst should exhibit customer service skills necessary to provide ongoing telephone support for end users.
Requirement: Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field. 3-5 years experience. Microsoft Office Suite; Basic computer skills; Critical thinking skills; Application experience main application preferred.
