Under moderate supervision, functions as patient registrar and service representative, and performs various duties in selected departments. Typical duties include registering patients, preparing charts, performing order entry, answering phones, ordering supplies and greeting guests. Coordinates the admission through discharge process, ensuring that all regulations and organization standards are met. Works in partnership with other staff members and physicians; proactively identifies and provides for the customer's needs using the "10 Customer Basics".
Requirements: Entry level knowledge; basic employment skills; High School diploma or GED equivalent. One to three (1-3) years of experience.
