The Nursing Outcomes Partner performs the primary functions of a professional nurse leader in assessing, planning, directing, and evaluating patient outcomes in Women's and Children's Hospital. He/she collaborates directly with the Women's & Children's Manager to supervise personnel and promote teamwork across multidisciplinary team. She/he will analyze, synthesizes, translate, and apply new evidence to promote contemporary practice within the designated unit(s). This position will work in the Labor & Delivery department and will be approximately 50% administrative and 50% clinical.

Responsibilities: Seasoned professional knowledge equivalent to a Master's degree, knowledge in more than one discipline, Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred, minimum of 3 years experience in Labor & Delivery required, RNC required (OB) within 1 year of hire, 3-5 years of RN experience, Maryland Registered Nurse License, NRP, Microsoft Office Suite, Basic computer skills, Cerner, Healthstream, IDX, Standard Office Equipment, Medical terminology, Nursing Process skills based on MD Nurse Practice Act, Critical thinking skills, Medical equipment, American Heart Association CPR required.
