Job Summary: Under limited supervision, the SPM acts as the Owner's representative and is responsible for managing a team of project managers and associated staff in the execution of large and multiple Healthcare projects from inception, design and construction through closeout. Projects comprise new construction, renovation, and infrastructure projects of varying sizes. SPM will monitor and enforce the policies and procedures in place for the department and hospital. Incumbent must work in partnership with other staff members and physicians, and pro-actively identify and provide for the customers using the LifeBridge Health customer service standards on each campus. Hospital Experience Required.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management. 7+ years applicable Design and Construction project management experience in a Hospital/ Healthcare setting. 3+ years working in capacity as an Owner's Representative.
