Job Summary: Partners with the Director, Talent Acquisition, and LifeBridge Health leadership to drive and implement executive and leadership level talent strategy. Drive the leadership search process for LifeBridge Health System. Analyzes recruitment trend, metrics, and applicable data to determine effectiveness of recruitment strategies. Anticipates/support key leadership needs across the system and develops appropriate action plans. Mitigates risk by understanding and ensuring compliance.
Requirements: 7 years of experience; Previous experience recruiting executive and leadership candidates. Strong negotiation and internal consultation skills. Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field
