Job Summary:

Provides compliance training and education to providers and staff. Conducts coding and documentation audits for LBH providers for the purpose of enhancing reimbursement and decreasing audit liability.

 

Requirements:

1-3 years or more experience; CPC or CCS-P certification; basic professional knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field; Microsoft Office Suite; Basic computer skills; Cerner; GE/IDX; ICD-10-CM; Medical terminology; Critical thinking skills; Standard office equipment. Demonstrate the ability to follow verbal instructions, as well as the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
