The HRIS Analyst is responsible for the management of the LifeBridge time accrual program through Lawson Absence Management System, including time accrual setup, maintenance, and reporting. Provides reporting for surveys, recurring reports, compliance and adhoc requests. Audits service center transactions to ensure accuracy of data. Identifies errors and provides feedback to employee service representatives (ESR) regarding identified issues. Identifies and communicates process improvement opportunities for employee service representative (ESR) and HR user community.
Requirements: Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of experience. Microsoft Office Suite; Critical thinking skills; Lawson experience required; Report Writing experience required. Demonstrates the ability to follow verbal instructions, as well as the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
