Hospitalist - Sinai

Physician in the Hospital Medicine Department who provides clinical care for patients admitted to Sinai Hospital by primary care physicians through the emergency department. The Physician will also provide support to surgery and other specialty services through consultative general internal medicine practice, will teach staff, graduate medical trainees and medical students on inpatient education rotations.

Requirements: Seasoned professional knowledge; equivalent to a Master's degree; knowledge in more than one discipline; MD with board certification or equivalent demonstrated experience; 1-3 years experience; Maryland medical license without restrictions; Current DEA certificate; Current CDS license; ACLS certification; ECG machine; Defibrillators; Other medical equipment; Demonstrates the ability to follow verbal instructions; Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively verbally; Demonstrates the ability to communicate effectively in writing.
