Understanding the importance of communications with all internal stakeholders, the internal communications manager will lead the development and execution of all internal communications programs on behalf of LifeBridge Health. Key target groups will include employees, physicians, administrative leadership, all LBH boards, and volunteers.
Requirements: Seasoned professional knowledge; equivalent to a Master's degree; knowledge in more than one discipline. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations or related field; Master's degree preferred. 3-5 years of experience. Microsoft Office Suite; Basic computer skills; Standard Office Equipment; Critical thinking skills. Demonstrates the ability to follow verbal instructions, as well as the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Demonstrates the ability to negotiate on the company's behalf.
